Outstanding Young Wilmingtonian

The Wilmington Jaycees are set to award the annual Outstanding Young Wilmingtonian Award on April 13th at 6:00pm.

During the Award Gala for the Outstanding Young Wilmingtonian we will celebrate the winners and nominees for the 76th & 77th year submissions in our new venue – The University & Whist Club!

The Outstanding Young Wilmingtonian Award honors the accomplishments of young people in the city of Wilmington.   Each Outstanding Young Wilmintonian is a person who exemplifies going “above and beyond” when giving back to their community.

Candidates must be residents of New Castle County, age 21 through 40, and exemplify the best attributes of the city’s young people, the Jaycee Creed and dedication to a better community.

Every year, the Outstanding Young Wilmingtonian is presented to JCI USA for consideration for Ten Outstanding Young Americans (TOYA).
